The house is extremely well designed and built. We had four couples staying 2 nights to play golf and we were all very comfortable. We did not use the pool but it is beautiful. The kitchen is well designed and full of all needed utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. We would gladly stay in this house again.

High quality rental

We have rented numerous houses in Kiawah over the last three years. Many of them don’t live up to the billing. They are often well worn and marginally equipped. This house is an exception. Extremely well stocked kitchen and seems to be well maintained. Location is central on the island. We would definitely rent this again.

Great space for a family vacation

Plenty of space for a family of 10 from grandparents to a 9 year old. Well appointed spacious kitchen great open feeling. Bathrooms very good, fabulous bathroom in master suite. Kids excited when they saw the bunk room.i would recommend a grab bar in the master shower and deck umbrellas. We all really enjoyed the house.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Vacation

I can’t say enough amazing things about this home. It is new, beautiful, and amazingly well-cared for. Upon entering, the house was spotless and you could tell recently thoroughly cleaned. Everything was in working order and ready for our stay. I absolutely love renting from Charleston Island Rentals. They are always in touch about the check-in and check-out process and if you need any assistance in the home they are always there to help immediately. The best rental company on Kiawah, BY FAR. This home would be perfect for friends or family and we hope to stay there again!

We have rented for years through the resort and decided to go through VRBO and look for a house ourselves. We were so excited. The house was amazing, clean and beautiful. Fantastic home

We spent a week on the island in this beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The home has everything a large group needs. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, swimming in the pool while watching golfers on hole three of the osprey course. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. The screened porch was delightful. Having an elevator was so nice as well. The weather was incredible for early June. Highly recommend Kiawah Island and this home. Robin was a delight to work with. We also used the grocery delivery and it was fantastic. Although a bit pricey, having the groceries there upon arrival was so wonderful. What a way to begin your stay.

Perfect home for a Staycation!

Terrific house. Loved the floor plan, the decor and the overall living space. Plenty of room to accommodate adults plus little ones. Well appointed kitchen plus extras we didn’t expect. Property manager (Robin) was very responsive and helpful. We’d stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great Home

Wonderful home with incredibly responsive and communicative management team. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or home, and we can only hope we were as kind of guests to the home as the management team and space was to us. The pool is an oasis, and the bike ride to the beach is the perfect sweet spot of not too long, and not too short. Incredibly clean too!

Lovely stay

720 Glossy Ibis was a wonderful home for our family reunion - it is a beautiful house with everything you need. The kids loved the bunk room and the outdoor living area was perfect. Robin and team were wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend this home.
