We enjoyed our stay overall; however, there were several issues that impacted our comfort and experience.The heating in the property was inadequate, especially during the colder weather. The heater in the living area was not working properly and only blew cool air. Most bedrooms did not have heating, with only one room having a functioning heater.While a fireplace was available, no firewood was provided. We had to purchase our own firewood to use the fireplace and keep the living area warm.The kitchen cutlery and crockery were quite old and worn. The tea cups had numerous scratches and signs of heavy use, making them appear unclean and in need of replacement.The dishwasher was also not functioning properly. There were no clear settings or working cycle options available, making it unusable. As a result, we had to wash all dishes by hand during our stay.In addition, the BBQ was not cleaned to a standard that made it ready for use upon arrival, which was disappointing.The property has good potential and the location was enjoyable, but the heating issues, lack of firewood, non-functioning dishwasher, condition of the kitchenware, and cleanliness of the BBQ should be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.
