The pool /ocean view was beautiful- clean - and so private!! Pool was open for night swimming until 10pm -which was so relaxing!! Bar/restaurant on the premises - comp to your room! Get the Lobster pizza!! Beautiful sunrise viewing! Rooms are clean and cozy! Nice towels and crisp clean bedding. European style breakfast served daily and was very good! Yummy pastries! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

It is historic hotel with great access to Duval St. It is on the shore. Perfect place to watch both sunrise AND sunset. Clean, good breakfast, nice staff.

The Southernmost House, was beautiful, and the staff was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had many options to choose from. They always had cold bottles of water for all who stayed there, and the outside porches were just wonderful to relax on at all times of the day

We went there for our honeymoon! We were in the poolside cabana 103 right next to the pool. Amazing view! I loved all of the roosters and hens. Great drinks and food at the seaside restaurant. Belkis did a great room on cleaning the room. This is truely a great place to stay and we will be back. Pool was quiet and very clean. This place is for people who want peace and quiet vs. a 24/7 party.

We absolutely loved the Southernmost House! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect, with incredible views and easy access to everything. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The pool was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and every detail was truly A+. I will be back! I am hesitant to say how great this place was for fear of more people finding it and limiting my future stays. But I have to say this place was so chil and relaxing that everyone should stay here at least once if not more. I have recommended this place to several of my friends and you will too when you stay here. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was perfect before exploring and the staff was friendly and courteous. I am looking forward to our return trip, Enjoy!

Loved our room in Lopez house #206. Apparently the Lopez house will be closed for renovation soon. Breakfast was great with quiche each day, fresh fruit and yogurt plus bagels. The pool feels fantastic. Walked to the pickleball courts at Higgs beach each day.

Can’t say enough good. From the moment we arrived till when we left the staff was great, the property immaculate, and couldn’t be in a better location. Great views, a lot of things were walkable and everything else was never more than a $10 uber ride away.
