Located right in the heart of the World Famous Duval Street, enjoy a true downtown Key West experience! The Collins offers a central location to Key West’s main attractions and everything else the Southernmost city has to offer. With a balcony overlooking Duval Street you can be as much connected to or above the action as your whim desires.



The Space:

The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed, while the upstairs loft-style bedroom features 2 king size beds for ample sleeping space. There are also two pull out couches located in downstairs living room - allowing for up to 10 guests to reside here.



This condo is fully equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area and balcony overlooking Duval Street. The kitchen contains a stove, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom has a full bathtub and shower. Enjoy central AC, smart TV's, ceiling fans and free wifi after a day on the town.

There is no on-site parking for this unit. We recommend dropping off belongings before parking overnight if you can not find street parking.

Street parking information:

Great for sleeping 3-6, not more than that. We came with a group of 10 and needed to use the pull out sofas, which were broken. We ended up taking the mattress out and sleeping on the floor, but even then the mattress was only a few inches thick. Being on Duval street, it was a populated area with partying outside until about 2 or 3am. Being a historic building, the living room area was noisy until the streets cleared. We knew this would be the case, but keep this in mind when booking.

Great location for a larger group!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The property manager was quick to answer all my questions and very kind and responsive. It’s situated on Duval Street, which can be noisy, because it is THE party street in Key West and that’s what we were there for. We celebrated my niece’s 40th birthday and had a wonderful time. There were nine of us total and we were all very comfortable. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom, and with that many people it gets a little tight. But for a short term stay, it was great! The building is old, like so many others in the area, so don’t expect a luxury apartment. It’s clean and bright and has everything that you need for a short term stay. I would definitely recommend this property for groups of four or more people. It’s within walking distance to everything that tourists want to do in Key West. We had a great time!

Short Trip to Keys

Location is great, we stayed night of July 4th. Close to everything. The interior is just as described online, clean and roomy. Only thing I would suggest to the rental agency is to recover/cover balcony cushions, they are really stained but overall, decent rental property.

Location was great , only down fall was only one bathroom , but we knew that when We booked . Lots of pigeons in stair way and if you had door to balcony open they would try to get in apartment. Brightwild was very responsive to messages and helpful. Apartment was in the perfect location to walk to everything in Key West .

This property looks no where near the photos provided on this site. It is worn down, beat up and dirty. For over a thousand dollars a night, in off season, I’d expect more than just a great location. This is clearly a money making machine and the owner has no interest in keeping up with it. Hell, we even had a maintenance worker just walk right in with no communication from anyone. He’s lucky my son didn’t lay him out when he came around the corner. And he was lucky I was asleep.

This property was pretty great and the location was amazing! It is right in the middle of everything and a short walk to the most popular bars/restaurants. The CVS directly across the street was super helpful with drinks and snacks and anything we forgot to bring!

Great little historic house right on Duval street.

Con: the only 2 small complaints we had were that the front door sticks pretty hard and the thin windows let significant noise into the loft with street sweepers and garbage truck coming by. These things are expected though in an old house in a prime location though Pros: very clean, very comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. Had a question for the owner who responded and helped right away. Perfect location with a balcony overlooking the center of Duval street. I would absolutely recommend.

This was an amazing place to stay at, I would recommend this unit to anyone. A lot bigger than you'd think it would be. And the best location! Only down side is the parking situation. But if you Uber there it'd be perfect. Everything is within walking distance

Great location! Cute place!

Just an overnight stay but had a great time! Location was great-we walked to everything. Place was just as advertised and loved the balcony overlooking Duvall. Hair dryers provided didn’t work but purchased one at CVS across street and left it there. Spoke to mgmt and emailed them the receipt and they issued me refund for it in less than 15 min! Also let us get in a little early to drop off our backpacks. Much appreciated! Great service!
