Ocean view not worth it. It was very windy and when the door was shut high pitched noise all night. We didn't sleep a wink. Door not properly sealed finally opened it a crack and no noise. (obviously not a safe option) In morning told them the problem and they moved us to a different room with no view but no noise. Same price though. Notified Expedia who supposedly advocated for us(no help). When we checked out we asked if we would be compensated at all for noise and not getting sleep the manager said not their fault It was wind. Interesting they had earplugs in the room supposedly for the Roosters (on 5th floor?) $350 dollars plus a night and you couldn't even sleep. I even recorded the noise and played it for the front desk. Our friends had same type of room and they put a towel wedged against the bottom of the door and that seemed to help. Very disappointed in the hotel and Expedia's recommendation of it. A shame grounds nice.

I liked the magnets for house keeping. My sink didn't drain unless you lifted the stopper and the door to bathroom kind of stuck at times. The main issue is in regards to the race. Being a sponsor of the race they should have been more mindful of the runners needs, ie running a special shuttle for runners to the race start, many of our scheduled Ubers couldn't get to us and lead to needless panic. Also on race event days, letting guests know of updated pick up and drop off.

Clean room for sure , staff was friendly and amenities were good for our stay. We only issue with hearing dogs bark in the morning on two days that might have been left in a room alone. It is a pet friendly place , so I guess it’s expected but still was louder than the Roosters Haha

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Key West. The design of the property was very thoughtfully curated and felt intentional and stylish throughout. Customer service was consistently good and the entire space was very clean. The hotel offers multiple pools and poolside restaurants, which made it easy to relax and order food without leaving the property. Everything I tried was good, but my favorite was the Toasted Coconut restaurant. Room service came almost every day, which I really appreciated. The location is also a big plus- right on the main road near the beach and only about a 12-minute drive from downtown Key West. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was super convenient as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Key West.
