The studio features a cozy Queen bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with complimentary coffee supplies to jumpstart your mornings. The location was absolutely spectacular. Everything was clean and overall we had a wonderful time! Very small shower would be my largest complaint but overall the place was cozy even staying for a week. Thanks so much for having us.

We had a great stay! The property is super cute, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect - quiet but still a close walk to everything. The room had everything we needed, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The women working reception were also great to work with.The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, although it was listed as is. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

Great use of every square inch of this guest house and a good place to crash for a couple of nights. Nice little pool. Definitely needs a better AC unit that doesn't make so much noise, though. That was the biggest drawback and why I would not recommend room 4.

The room itself was dirty. The fan was full of dirt and when we turned it on jr blew dirt everywhere. The bathroom shower did not drain properly and made the entire bathroom floor wet. The pool was down when we got there but a call to the Richard, the VRBO, contact rectified the situation with the pool. The room and common areas need a good scrub down. Good point was that it was only three block from Duval St.

Really nice place and location

It's small -- made very clear in the listing. But it was clean, comfortable and very convenient to Duval.The backyard pool and courtyard are quite nice as well. Would stay again for sure (with one), and probably with two.

The price was really really high for what we got, which was basically a hole in a wall. There were bugs inside crawling over lots of things. The bathroom smelled like sewage, which made the rest of the small room smell like sewage. Overall the value was quite low, and we wouldn't suggest someone else stay there. The smells and ants warrant a partial refund. There was not enough time and attention put into the place. the shower shelf fell several times. And the TV didnt work right.
