The bed was really old and wore out, for a 5 star hotel you would think the bed were you spend most of the time would be up to date. The property was beautiful and staff friendly

Patrick at front desk was very professional, nice and accommodating. Room was very comfortable with king size bed and ocean view. The resort pool was great and the private beach too.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and the room was excellent—beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. However, during our stay the main elevator was out of service, and the remaining elevator was extremely slow. We ended up using the stairs multiple times, and unfortunately they were not well maintained. It definitely took away from an otherwise great experience. If the elevator and stairway issues get resolved, this would easily be a top-tier stay.

One of the two elevators serving the 4th floor was closed and the other worked so intermittently that other guests I talked with resorted to using the stairs as did I. Recently remodeled but still outdated,bed was comfortable, food was excellent. Distance to parking not so much.
