Live music every day. Easy to find quiet places to sit and read or stay by the pool or on the veranda. The staff is attentive, but not intrusive. The hotel is fully staffed and secured in all areas. Our room was thoroughly cleaned each day by the same person and the staff was super accommodating. Our waterfront view was amazing and our king-sized bed was comfy. The room seemed large and had been recently remodeled. The balcony was spacious enough for a cocktail table and two chairs. The resort is quiet in the evenings and mornings. The grounds are just the right size to provide variety. Casa Marina is a popular wedding and business meeting site. We enjoyed the buzz. It does not feel crowded. Family oriented. We had excellent pastries in the little store each morning with our coffee from the room. The front desk personnel and door men were kind and helpful. We walked into the Old Town area once or twice a day or took cheap uber rides. It is safe and clean on side streets and the hotel was built on a private beach in a beautiful area. The hotel offers a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We visited many museums. This historic hotel is similar to The Breakers. My husband worked out in the gym. I did yoga.

The “Key West View” overlooked abandoned run down buildings. The ice machine on our floor was broken the entire week of our stay. The elevator to our floor was broken for the entire week of stay. The interior door handle of our bathroom was broken for the entire length of our stay resulting in my son getting trapped in the bathroom. For a “resort” there were no amenities aside from beach towels and basic plastic chairs to layout on.

Nice resort. One of the best beach and pool areas in Key West. Very clean and classic style resort. Our room had a big beautiful deck overlooking the resort and the water. Downside is bathroom was tiny for a resort of this stature and the location requires a 20 nite walk to the heart of Duval Street

We booked an ocean view room. We had a view of the parking lot. We had to keep that room for 1 night. The next room only had a partial ocean view and we had no room from 10-4 that day. The customer service is terrible and everything is incredibly overpriced!

The room was clean and large. Could see pool and beyond the ocean thru the palm trees. All of the staff were great. Pool was clean and could always have a few seats available. Lunch was good at pool side.

The view was almost spectacular except the hotel has permanently parked some kind of van right outside between the ocean view patios and the beach. It was there all week during our stay. We were on the second floor so it was really detracting from the view we paid for.
