All was great staff, room cleanliness. But one thing we were very disappointed in was the fact that one of our beach days we did not have a beach chair!! So disappointing for the price we pay that you don’t have enough beach chairs and we had to sit on the ground.

Wonderful trip- from the front desk service, to the pool, everything was perfect. Our large room overlooking the ocean was spectacular! We have referred a few friends, and they have enjoyed it as well. We will be back in 2026!

We did not get room we paid for which was ocean view , they gave us lame excuse and put us in a room which had parking lot view. They said next day we will give it to you , it didn’t happen. Room we got had stains on bedsheets and comforter. Phone didn’t work in room , had to go stand in a-line for 20 minutes just to talk to customer service . Entrance door to room had to be pushed in hard to open or close as it was jammed, asked them to fix it or change room . Nothing worked. Very disappointed.

We paid over 3K a night for a walkout suite to the “private beach”. In the pictures it shows lounge chairs along the beach. You would think these lounge chairs are designated to the suite, wrong. We weren’t able to sit along the beach due to people from all around taking them. Spoke to management and was informed that those were first come, first serve. What? These suites are super expensive and I booked them thinking we would have these benefits included. We had an awful experience with the bartender, very rude and condescending. We had to up and leave, go back to the room and order room service. I would not recommend the suites. Just get a normal room.
