As a diamond member I am loyal to the Hilton brand even with Gold Marriott status. I checked in & within 2hrs I notified the front desk about fleas. They said it was too late & they would address it the next day. I never heard back so I called & they said housekeeping steamed the couch & maintenance sprayed around. That night I was bitten on my ankles. I notified the front desk & was told it was probably no see-ums. I’m a native Floridian & know the difference. I have flea bites. Never once did they apologize. Never once did they offer to move me. I’m so disappointed in this property. The concierge was rude & unhelpful. She told me the trolleys had stopped for the day & if I wouldn’t have still gone outside to wait at 4:45 I would have missed it. The driver said there were 2 more behind him. If she’s the concierge she should know the trolley schedule since the hotel is one of the stops. I’m heading to Marco Island & I will probably stay at the JW instead of the Hilton resort. It’s unacceptable to have your guests bitten by fleas they advised you of.

Horrible hotel. ruined my vacation!!

On the outside it looks perfect, great location. Inside the room smells of bad oder. Mold all over the room. When I asked for a room change they did not want to comply. They gave me an air freshener.. end of the day me and my wife ended up sleeping in the car that night. Just horrible!!

The pool area with the tiki hut was absolutely awesome — such a fun and relaxing tropical setting. I especially loved the live music at the pool every Friday and Saturday, which really added to the vacation vibe. All the bartenders were kind and friendly, and the 1 free drink per person each day was a great perk. They also provided unlimited bottled water, which was super convenient, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

The staff was very friendly. Sam the manger was fair in accommodating me a room issue on my 1st day stay. However, the air conditioner in these bigger rooms do not cool very well. The hotel does not carry nor provide fans. Breakfast was hit or miss, depending on what was being served that day. Parking was easy and free. I would consider returning on my next trip.

I didn't like that the iguanas are outside when we're having breakfast and in one way or another they scare people. Although they're harmless, they should put something up to keep them away from people.

We loved the fact that were allowed to park our boat on site at no extra charge. There's plenty of parking! The staff is friendly and helpful. The property grounds are kept clean. The hotel is also near the beach. We highly recommended when in the keys. We will be booking again in the future!

The male receptionist was so rude, he wouldn’t explain things properly and answer with sarcasm and snark. I will not be returning to get that kind of service. Everything else was fine and overall good. The rest of the employees were helpful.

We just got home from a week stay at the Hampton Inn resort. Our room was comfortable and received daily cleaning service. The frig and microwave was nice to have. Love the first two middle buildings that surround the pool. The pool was a good size and clean. The Cheekie Hut provided great service and good food, available to order until 7 or a little after in the evening. The breakfast provided was always good with a large variety. The team was pleasant to work with and assisted us with anything we needed. The shuttle to and from airport was super convenient and was a great option to get downtown, running every 45 minutes. We would definitely recommend this property. Keep in mind, you do need the shuttle or another form of transportation to get to the old town area and duval street.

The property was safe, and clean. It is convenient to and from the airport as the hotel is about a block away from the Airport. However, it’s about 10 minutes from Duval street, and there is a highway right outside your window if you choose the “ocean view” option…. It is relatively quiet though.
