Tv was not functional on arrival. No power on bedside usb ports. Microwave does not spin...was promised a tech would arrive 0800. Waited until 0900 but no tech. Staff named princess told me I could cancel my room and stay someplace else if not happy. Guest relocation services helped me find a room at Hilton garden inn key west.

The room was spotless, the staff was so friendly! The breakfast was included & switched up everyday. They even had an included shuttle to get you downtown & both drivers we interacted with were amazing!

We were assigned a room with known issues with the TV. When we complained, they sent a tech to the room who could not fix the issue. When we complained the next morning we were offered to switch to a second floor room which we declined. We were told we would be compensated with a free night and a certificate would be mailed to us. The room was nice and roomy. The "garden view" balcony was looking at an uneven hedge bordering a low wall. Awful. Breakfast was good, but a wire to keep birds away was poorly placed in front of the refuse container and my wife hurt her eye on the wire. Little compassion or action from managemeny.

You asked about breakfast. Not enough seating for number of guests staying, so early morning scrabble for tables. All food completely DIY and only paper plates,bowls and cups alongside plastic cutlery. Cook your own waffles, toast make own tea and coffee. Definitely not what I expected, shame really as we had a lovely room overlooking the pool, so happy with that at least, although very scant room service.

It was the perfect hotel. There was a shuttle to the airport and to the downtown which we used every day. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool area was fantastic. There is a tiki hut bar restaurant that we ate at multiple times. I could not recommend it enough.
