The staff at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were right in the middle of the old district which had many many places to explore. Hotel had a wonderful hidden pool with live music/bar next to it in case we just wanted to relax after exploring all day.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a bag of Key Lime cookies waiting for us on arrival. We appreciated boxed instead of bottled water that was always available in-room at no extra cost. But the thing we enjoyed most was the secluded Bali Bar, which was hidden away from busy Duvall Street. The live music was excellent and the. bar tenders were very accommodating. There are many hotels and places to stay in Key West but we would definitely return to this one. Highly recommend!

Great location, great staff, really great hotel. It had a unique boutique feel and a very cool vibe. The bar was a fun spot, right by the pool and lounge area. Walkable to all the hotspots and beaches. We could have rented bikes or a golf cart but enjoyed our walks. We will be back again and recommend to friends and family.

The tag line of the hotel is "Come Hide" which was appropriate as it is hidden from plain view of the hustle and bustle of Duval St. The entrance is mysterious as it is set back and the pathway leading to the reception office is filled with green ferns/palms. Loved it! The center of the property is highlighted the bar and the permanent stage for the daily entertainment. Great place to stay and close to everything!

First time to Key West. I loved the hotel! It exceeded my expectations. The hotel and grounds were extremely clean, Chris the manager was attentive and professional. Location to everything was perfect. Bali Bar on property was a bonus. We will definitely come back!
