Ocean Front Key Large Town Home with breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our home is located in Kawama Yacht Club mile marker 100. The unit is just one of 4 on a private beach overlooking the Atlantic ocean with views of Rodriguez Key and beyond. It comes fully furnished and renovated with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Enjoy morning coffee or salty evening dinners on one of our 2 outdoor patios facing the private beach.

The unit has 2 separate living spaces. The ground floor has a family room with large screen TV, bar area and high top table with seating for 6, a guest room and full bath. The second floor has another living area, a large open kitchen with 4 bar stools, a dining area with seating for 8, a master bedroom and bath, another guest room and full bath. Everything has been renovated and meticulously maintained to make our guests feel right at home.

Kawama is a gated community with 24 hour security. It is located inside John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park which is known for its world class snorkeling. Kawama offers a 400 foot jetty to watch amazing sunsets. It also has heated pools, a salt water lagoon for swimming, tennis courts, a private marina, a kids playground, BBQ areas, chickee huts, fire pits and much more.

Beautiful townhouse with spectacular views!

We just ended a 2-week stay at this townhouse, and loved it so much, we are hoping to do it again next year! The 2 outdoor spaces are perfect, and right on the water. The home is bright, clean, modern and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and check-in/check-out was super easy. We highly recommend staying here!

The Perfect Location with a fabulous View

This villa has been renovated with high-end finishes and beautiful decorations. The inside of the villa is beautiful, AND its location within the Kawama Yacht Club makes this the perfect place for your Key Largo vacation. The floor to ceiling windows reveal an expansive water view that is breathtaking. We enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and amazing sunsets from the deck. The owners were kind and responsive. In fact, when the main TV stopped working, the owner drove to the villa (with a huge tray of Cuban pastries from nearby Pinecrest Bakery) and immediately made the repair. Everything about this villa is top-notch!
