Privacy outdoor pool with pond view and access to gulf and ocean. BBQ, balcony and private dock. Relax in the front porch or ride bike in the quite neighborhood of Bermuda Shores. Fish or Kayak in your back yard. Bike ride or walk away from Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill and many other restaurants and entertainment. This home was purchased in April 2021 and was cleaned up and furnished to provide a cozy key's style stay. The area is very quiet and neighbors are polite and friendly. Monroe County regulates a 28 day minimum stay. Discouunts for stays seasonal stays 3 to 5 months

Liked: Cleanliness
The pool was very nice, good size and easy in and out from the deck. Lester brought in a new wash machine while we were there because the old one failed. He was responsive to any problems that arose. The neighbors were nice too.
