Welcome to Calusa Campground & Marina! Relax with family and experience the laid-back Florida Keys lifestyle at our fully equipped home in the secure, gated Calusa Campground & Marina community. Located just minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, you'll have easy access to some of the Keys' best outdoor adventures, including snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, fishing, and paddleboarding.
Our self-check-in space features a Modern Tiny Home with many custom features.
Inside you will find:
•Master bedroom with Queen Bed / Smart TV
•Double loft space (3.5ft high) with 1 queen mattress and 1 XL twin-sized mattress
•Living room with fold-out sofa (sleeps 2) / Smart TV
•One Full bathroom with hot & cold water
•The full-sized modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home
•The three air conditioning systems inside are brand new!!!
•Towels and linens are provided

Outside, the patio area features:
•Covered Patio
•Flat top griddle
•Custom outdoor shower (cold & hot water)
•Dining Table with six chairs
•Outdoor counter with sink and two burner stove.
•Ice maker
•Parking for dual jetski trailer or boat up to 23ft on our lot (no water docking allow)

Campground Access:
All vehicles and visitors entering the campground must be registered at the campground office.
Your reservation includes one (1) vehicle. Additional vehicles are permitted, subject to campground approval, and will incur a $10.00 fee per vehicle.
A refundable $250.00 security deposit is required to cover any damage to the community or campground facilities.

Boat/Watercraft Information:
Guests are welcome to bring their own watercraft up to 23 feet in length.
An Impact Fee of $25.00 per vessel/trailer is required by Calusa Campground and must be paid directly to the campground at check-in.
No docking of vessels. Vessels MUST BE OUT OF THE WATER EVERY DAY and PARKED in our unit.
Dockage is not available for guests. Marina slips are reserved exclusively for community residents.

Important Holiday Restriction:
No watercraft are permitted during federal holiday weekends unless the vessel is registered and physically inside Calusa Campground by the Wednesday before the holiday weekend.
Lobster Mini-season boats must be registered and physically inside Calusa Campground by Tuesday before the mini-season.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted.

There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Amenities and recreational activities include designated smoking areas and a playground.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.

This place was very cozy and very clean.We are pretty picky travelers and this host definitely takes pride in their place. Would highly recommend, close to lots of fun things to do, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet at night.

Perfect short stay

The tiny home was perfect for my three-day stay. Deborah left lots of thoughtful touches and amenities, and it was one of the cleanest homes I've ever stayed in. The campground was easy to locate, quiet, and well-kept. Reliable and fast internet, and the outdoor patio space was lovely for relaxing. I only wish my trip had been longer, and I'd happily return.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Loved this sweet little home for a wedding we attended in the Keys. Owners were excellent on communication any questions or if we needed anything they answered back quickly! The home was so beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, very clean. Was very impressed! Will definitely be booking again!!

Well thought out and Super Charming Tiny House

What a bright, cheery, well thought out home. Tastefully decorated. Nice and clean. The description is very accurate. Gated entrance with very nice central pool, etc. area and nice neighbors. So many thoughtful amenities that are so considerate of the traveler. Thank you for sharing this gem of a home!

Super cute tiny home

My family of 5 (3 kiddos ages 7-11) stayed here for a few nights while exploring the Everglades & Biscayne NP. The home was clean and well kept. It seemed like every space was well thought out. I really appreciated the k-cup supply (as our flight was real delayed and it was too late to stop at the grocery) and the NICE blow dryer ;), & cozy throw blankets to snuggle with. The outdoor table and shower and bonus balls/rackets were great!

Great location!

What an amazing find! The tiny house is absolutely adorable. i am a bit of a turtle fan so it made me smile. Rene and Deborah were available by text, when i asked about some cleaning supplies they had door dash there before i even read a response. One tiny thing more of an fyi, there is no ice maker, so just grab a bag on your way in. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
