* Convenience of parking right out front for 1 vehicle, and jet ski (no water docking permitted).

*Boat ramp (no water docking allowed)
*Tennis/pickleball court
* Basketball court
*Children's playground

Guest access:
Calusa Campground is located 50 miles south of Miami at mile marker 101. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile south of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (around 7 min by car).
Other things to note:
-Once you book, we will send you a form which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in arrival. This form must be provided to the office at least two days in advance.
-Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM with registration office, unless an earlier or late (after 5:00 PM) check-in has been coordinated with us in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Rules & Regulations instated by the HOA:
**All vehicles and visitors entering the Campground must register with the office. Only 1 vehicle is authorized per reservation and must obtain a decal to enter the property and 1 Jet Ski per reservation. There is a fee of $10 per day for additional vehicles that is due at time of Check-in.
**$25 one time boat ramp fee
**Upon check in you will be asked for a $250 refundable credit card hold from the association. This is regulation required for all guest staying in the community. This is NOT a charge, it is just in case guest causes any damage to the community property.
**Required list of names of guests submitted by the owners before arrival. Therefore we will ask for the names of all guests.
