Literally had a disgusting leak in the bathroom. I was sitting on the toilet and BROWN/YELLOW LIQUID STARTED DRIPPING ON MY THIGHS AND LEGS. I was mortified. I asked for help and all they could tell me was they can call their manager or get it fixed but that was the morning I was checking out so that didn't help me. They didn't offer me another room to get ready in before I checked out (I had to use the bathroom at a nearby Starbucks), didn't offer me a refund or discount, nothing. In fact I was looked at like I was being extra or annoying. (I do have pictures and I showed them and that didn't help anything). I don't usually leave these reviews but waking up and going to use the bathroom and brown/yellow liquid dripping on your bare thighs is vile!

I was a bit disappointed about the stay. The reception welcome was good. But the room was not quite clean I did found a few bugs crawling in the shower so I did not get take a shower in the morning. I recommend that the towels can be little bit clean.
