The room was clean, bed was comfortable. But it rained and the outside area leaked from the floor above; the balcony above looked like it was going to collapse. Also a huge puddle formed on the walkway right outside our door. Looked like a state of disrepair.

Checked in about midnight after spending the day in the Redwood forest. We booked the family suite. The mattress on the pullout sofa was very thin, but it was nice to have a room with three beds. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Overnight stop

Seemed newly renovated. Comfortable and clean. Pile of old mattresses in parking lot. Oddly no elevator to second floor. Wished there was yogurt for breakfast - maybe all gone but we were the only ones there. Otherwise a nice selection. But Starbucks next door has better coffee! Hard to find off freeway - no signs, not on main drag. Had to call them! Overall a good freeway overnight stop.

Not cool Best Western.

Nothing online so that the whole hotel is in construction and we got placed right in the middle of it. Also, in the middle of the night there was a cockroach on my bed.
