The Riverkern Retreat is a 3BR, 2BA mountain home just north of downtown Kernville in the quiet Riverkern neighborhood. King bed in the master, queen guest room, and double bunk room with two full beds (sleeps 6–8). Wood-burning fireplace and full kitchen. Walk to Bubbles Beach on the Kern River and the Riverkern General Store. Studio above garage may be rented separately. Outdoor adventure all around!

If you are looking to stay close to Kern River, Lake Isabella, or the Trail of 100 giants, this is your go to place. It is conveniently located close to all 3 places. A convenience store with lots of helpful supplies is just a few steps away and there are lots of places to go enjoy the cool water during the hot days just a few minutes drive away or walking distance. Anthony, the host, was super friendly. The whole process was quick and easy. Anthony was super responsive and their home was fully equipped, comfortable, and clean. This was a very last minute weekend getaway with the kids and they all enjoyed their stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!
