Welcome to Kerlouan, to La Belle Bretonnière, a holiday cottage with authentic charm located just 800 metres from the wild beaches of the Côte des Légendes. This former 19th-century Breton farmhouse, completely renovated, combines the character of the old with modern comfort. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 6 travellers in a peaceful environment, with a large garden and a sunny terrace with barbecue, where you can fully enjoy the sweetness of Breton living. Between walks on the coastal path, discovery of picturesque villages and relaxation on the fine sandy beaches, the region offers many activities.
Pass through the front door and discover a large, welcoming living space, comprising a bright lounge with TV corner and wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), also has a filter coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a kettle and a toaster, so you can cook as if you were at home. The dining table will allow you to share your meals indoors, or on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled by the fireside, in the sofas in front of the television.
The floor consists of three bedrooms: one bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), another with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a third equipped with two single beds (90x190cm).
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a hairdryer and a toilet.
A washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot and a high chair are at your disposal.
You will be able to park your vehicles easily in the private courtyard (up to 3 cars). You will be able to store your bicycles in the barn.
