Welcome to Saint Frégant, in the heart of North Finistère, in this charming furnished house ideal for family or friends' holidays. Able to accommodate up to 8 travellers, it offers all the necessary comfort with a large garden, an equipped terrace, a barbecue to enjoy summer meals, and a table tennis table for outdoor fun. The garage converted into a games room, with Breton palet and dartboard, will delight young and old alike. Just a few minutes away, discover the wild beaches of the Côte des Légendes, hiking trails between heathland and menhirs, water activities and the superb Château de Kerjean. Not to mention local specialities to taste, such as crêpes, cider or fresh seafood.



Open the front door and discover a large welcoming living space. The kitchen, open and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), offers you everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people, or enjoy the terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge, comfortably settled with its soft sofas, its stove for cooler evenings, its coffee table and its television.



Climb the first four steps of the staircase and discover a half-landing, comprising a bathroom with bathtub and an independent WC.



On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a television and its private bathroom with WC. The second bedroom also has a Queen Size bed, whilst the third offers a single bed 90x190cm. The last bedroom has three single beds.



On the second floor is the fourth bedroom, furnished with 3 single beds (90x190), as well as a games room equipped with a single bed constituting the last sleeping space in the property. You will also find a table football, board games, comfortable sofas, a treadmill and an exercise bike to combine relaxation and activity.



For added comfort, you will find in the laundry room an independent WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and a tancarville.



You have space to park up to 3 cars in the property's courtyard.
