Overnight stop at avery old motel accessed through the travelodge across the street Room was clean with enough towels and toilet paper. Fridge and wifi worked but the room was the oldest tiredest place I have stayed at. A Mouse on the exterior stairs made me wonder what I was getting into but we actually had a decent nights sleep and moved on in the morning

The property was clean and but the room was cramped and the AC unit was very loud. Parking is available right outside the rooms but it is very difficult to enter or leave due to the heavy traffic on the street.

The basic bathroom fixtures and bedding were nice and clean. However the baseboards were filthy and paint chipped, the baseboard heaters were rusty and dusty. The place needs TLC, cosmetically updated. I felt they charged too much money for the room with the appearance it was in.

The price was outrageous for a one night stay, $280.00 Canadian for a low budget motel. There was black mold on the shower ceiling, the beds were not comfortable. We were told hotels/motels can charge whatever price they want as there is not enough rooms to accommodate visitors. Totally take advantage of the tourists. Would never stay here again, would drive to another city. So unfortunate as it’s a lovely city.

I had to go across the street to check in at the Travelodge. I was a little concerned about being the only one staying at the inn and away from the Travelodge but it was ok. I am staying again on my way back to Alberta at the end of May.

The check-in process was a little confusing. The bathroom was clean, but the floor in the main room was gritty/sandy. Also, there were bedbugs and we were bitten quite badly. I will be contacting the owners about that.

Parking was not great. The room was noisy with the air conditioner going on and very small and there was no use looking out the window cause the view wasn’t great so I felt like I was in a box with no view. I would never recommend it.
