The room was better than expected.. bathroom was upgraded the balcony would be awesome in the summer .. to cold in the winter to look out at the lake..

The staff was friendly! The room was perfect ! High ceilings, lodge type style rooms. Pillows were comfortable, beds can get a pillow top. Rooms had blackout curtains, which are a bonus! Well salted stairs and walkways. Definitely recommend. I would be staying again.

Check-in time was 3 PM and we arrived a 2 PM to try and check in. We were told the rooms were not ready yet so we cam back just after 3 PM and checked in. We noticed, since it had been snowing all afternoon, no footprints in the snow to the rooms on the second level. That means there was nothing done to the rooms. Therefore we believe they are not truthful. Furthermore, checkout was 11:00 Am and they knocked on out door at 10:15 to start cleaning it. This was unbelievable given they wouldn't allow us to check in an hour early.

Very nice room. Quiet area but a bit noisy from ppl walking around in the room upstairs. Easy check in. Was not told to leave the key in the room. Tried to bring it to front desk but they were closed. So we had to drive back down to room and leave the key. Communication at check in could be better. Awesome coffee and French press was delicious

The room was great. New, clean, great bedding. Would have rated this excelent except that we arrived 1 hour earlier than check in off season, motel clearly not full and they made us wait and come back to check in when they could have just checked us in as a courtesy after our long drive. Even when we came back at 10 min to 3 had to mention again, check in was at 3. Very rude in that respect. Too bad.

Comfortable and peaceful stay. Pet friendly and a beautiful location. The blue lights along the driveway and stairs made our entry after sunset easy and safe. We were texted instructions before checking which helped a lot. We’ll stay here again on our next trip through.

Very easy and friendly check in process. The room is spacious with a separate sitting area from the bedroom. The unit has high vaulted ceiling making it even more airy. We are late October so cannot speak of the outdoor amenities. But this was a cozy place during a cold fall evening!

We had a very enjoyable 3-day stay. The room was very clean and spacious, we even enjoyed our morning coffee at the cute patio set right outside our room. Parking can be a little tricky if you have a truck, but we will definitely stay there again.

Room was cozy/comfy but the room above us was loud. Anytime someone would walk it sounded like they were moving furniture. Can hear everything. The furnace/AC unit is also very loud and looks very old-needs cleaning. The bed sheet on one of the beds was stained. I put the other sheet on top of it just incase it wasn’t clean. Otherwise nice location, for the most part was a clean room.
