It’s a great place to have a clean rest, with lovely helpful staff. Many small touches around the hotel make it cozy. There was water infused with fresh fruit! What a nice way to greet weary travelers.

I realize thete are not many hotel choices in Kenora, but almost $300 for one night is criminal. I paid $115 for a better room at Super 8 in Windsor. The room was average clean, the matress was well worn and the toilet didn't flush properly. They gave me a plunger! Not worth anywhere near the 300 per night! Average contin breakfast.

We were only there for one night as we were driving back home. Staff at check in were friendly. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was ok, offered a good choice of hot and cold items. The cost for our stay was overpriced.

Imagine my surprise when I had something poking me into n the back. When the pulled back the bottom sheet there was a big plastic knife on under it. That would s what was poking me in the back. Everything else was good.
