Clean room, courteous staff. Parking is the only downfall. Small lot and staff wasn’t sure if it was full or not so we had to go down and attempt to turn around in the small space. Ample street parking though.

The location is amazing for a night out in Kelowna. 10 min walk to prospers for concert and casino. Lots of amazing restaurants around. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was perfect bonus. The parking is brutal but we used the parade a block over.

We have stay here many times before. The hotel is in a great central location with many great restaurants walking distance close by. The room had everything we needed including bathrobes and a safe. It was clean and spacious. It even includes a complimentary breakfast! It's great value for the money and we would highly recommend staying here.
