The hotel is an a good spot in Kelowna close to food and shopping. This trip to the hotel was disappointing as one of the beds smelled like urine, and the liner that was installed ion the tub was loose and was a safety concern. This unit needs some attention.

Almost everything in the room was dirty, the thing in the washroom were old and non working, they didnt have enough toiletries and the room was no where even close to the photos. The property has access to lot homeless people making it dangerous and unsafe. They even had to call the cops to get the homeless out of the property during the span of our stay.
