Clean, quiet, spacious, very comfortable room. Soft beds and pillows. For a brand new hotel, the shower was hard to control the hot water and the lamp by the sofa had no light bulb in it. Most concerning was the fact that the parking lot was very dark (none of the light standards were on) and lots of homeless people on the adjacent property. May not stay here again for this reason. Lovely room, nice hot tub, sketchy area.

Great hotel. Brand new. Nice pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we booked a 2 queen room and were given a king with a pull out. None of the surfaces had been cleaned. Drink stains and cup stains everywhere. And the bathroom wasn’t fully stocked as per other rooms. Great hotel and value. But housekeeping and front desk needs improvement.

We reserved two rooms while traveling with my grandmother, who has mobility challenges. Upon check-in, we learned the elevator was under maintenance and our third-floor rooms were only accessible by stairs. We requested first-floor rooms but none were available. Staff told the couple ahead of us that repairs would be done by end of day, but assured us it would only be 15-30 minutes. After waiting two hours with no updates, we realized this wasn't accurate. With no solution offered, we relocated to the Super 8 next door - owned/operated by the same group - a much more dated property. As compensation, we received 15% off coupons for a future stay, which felt inadequate since we never used the rooms we booked. Maintenance issues happen, but the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and minimal effort to accommodate accessibility needs was very disappointing. I cannot recommend this property for travelers with mobility limitations.

We booked our night on a last minute whim to enjoy a staycation with our kiddos and were so surprised with this new hotel! From the staff, to the pool, to breakfast and our fantastic family suite - it was all too notch. We will absolutely be back in the future to enjoy more family staycations.
