After spending a week in hotels for work, this was the perfect way to end my trip. I felt like I was among friends and felt super welcomed and comforted by the stay. The house and property is very well kept and breakfasts were a delightful surprise each day. They offer à la carte services that I wish I had taken advantage of, but I will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of this place- it’s close to downtown but far enough that it feels serene.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Pierre and his colleagues were absolutely fabulous from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The B&B exceeded all of our expectations. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making us feel right at home. Every detail reflected the care and hospitality of the team. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a warm, relaxing, and memorable experience. Thank you, Pierre and the entire team, for making our stay so special. My sister and I had an amazing time at Chatam house. Our host Pierre was incredible and made our stay so memorable. He is an amazing host and incredible Chef. The most delicious and beautiful breakfast every day. I will definitely come back. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay here. Our suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. The outdoor facilities were well-maintained and nice. We had wonderful breakfasts the two mornings we were there as well.

We were met by Pierre who couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail. Breakfast was a delight. Pierre likes to provide a Canadian/French fusion. Not too heavy and not too light but a taste sensation. Nothing is too much bother in this delightful family home that you are aware of, but doesn't interfere with your private holiday. This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The home is beautiful with an amazing back yard/patio. It is very welcoming and the staff were great! The breakfasts are absolutely incredible, we will definitely be returning if we travel to Kelowna again. It is also just a 3 minute lime scooter ride to downtown Bernard Ave.

In addition to the exceptional facilities, Donna was a superb host. She was person-centered, interactive, and responsive to guest interests and needs. Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. We were so fortunate to meet the others guests during our stay. All were lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely patio. Breakfasts were awesome. Obviously we can’t say enough about our stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
