"Front desk Priscilla was unnecessarily rude to my husband. We needed some towels, and she kept asking why and said we needed dirty ones to get ones, the hoodie keepers came into the room and cleared trash and dirty towels and someone else came by later but my son was napping so I told her we didn’t need the cleaning but was unaware she would’ve replaced the towels the other lady had taken at the time. We noticed when we showered later in the evening. Other front desk heavy set Blonde with hair pulled back tight acted weird when I told her some pool water was in the elevator. Other front desk people were present but all kind of awkward, need more people skills."
