The house is equipped with ceiling fans and screened windows for airflow, but guests who require air conditioning or very dry air may prefer accommodations with AC.

The home is on a solar-powered system without backup batteries, so larger appliances (laundry, dishwasher, etc.) should be used during daytime hours. Water is supplied by a filtered well system and plumbing is sensitive — please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper. The pool and spa are provided for guest enjoyment and must be used responsibly; children must be supervised at all times.
