Paradise found! This beautiful, new home is situated off a paved road behind a solar powered entry gate, on 3 gorgeous acres. You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive, from our comfortable and welcoming fully furnished lanai to the spacious and well appointed interior. You will want for nothing in our perfectly stocked home.
The large above ground pool is perfect to cool off, soak up the rays and take a few laps.
If you enjoy cooking, you will be very pleased with our well equipped kitchen that includes almost any kitchen tool and appliance you could ask for. Dishes and service ware abounds as well.
Relaxing is easy in our great room with a dining table that seats 6, a comfy sectional, a large smart TV and surround sound speakers. We have lots of board and card games and a collection of puzzles, books and records for you to enjoy while here.
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of storage space. The walk in double headed rain showers and double vanity will remind you of a luxury hotel.
The two additional bedrooms each feature a queen sized bed and spacious closets. A full hall bathroom serves guests and the two bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are in the garage for your use.
Exceptional internet service rounds out this home away from home!
House Rules:
No Parties or Events allowed. We have a very strict rule of no outside guests. No visitors. No one is allowed on the property except the guests on the original booking. For example if the reservation is for 4 guests and 5 or more people are on the property for any reason, the reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given. We do not give warnings.
Quiet hours per local laws are 9pm to 7am.
Our entire property is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please smoke far from the house in the fenced-in pool area only and dispose of your cigarettes afterward in the trash can.
Please take care of the furnishings. Do not move any of the furniture or rocks on the property.
Please turn the Air Conditioning off when you leave and when you are not using it. Hawaii has the highest electricity rates in the country, so please help with this!
All guests using the pool or hot tub must shower off before entering the pool or hot tub and remove and deodorant, lotions, or any other products. Absolutely nothing besides you and your clean swimsuit allowed in the pool and hot tub. Please do not enter the pool pump house for any reason. Please do not touch the metal pool control box attached to the side of the pool pump house. Sober adult supervision of children is required at the pool at all times.
Please do not touch or close the gate. Local regulations require us to keep the gate open at all times for emergency vehicles. Please do not move the boulders in front of the gate for any reason.
For your safety and security we have 24 hour security and three (3) cameras on the property facing the outside perimeter of the house so we can see if any unauthorized people enter the property. No cameras face the interior of the house. Per VRBO rules, there are no cameras inside the house. Tampering with or shutting off the security cameras is not allowed and will end your reservation without a refund.
If you fail to leave the Accommodation by the agreed check-out time, you may be held liable for the business impact and damages. Beginning one-hour after the agreed check-out time, we have the right, if you have not left the Accommodation by such time, to charge you two (2) times the average nightly rate of your Reservation, and again every twenty-four (24) hours of your overstay until you vacate the Accommodation.
Violation of any of the above that results in additional costs will be billed to the guests, including but not limited to: noise complaint fines, excessive cleaning services, repair costs for damaged items. Guests agree to pay additional fees within 72 hours of checkout.
Please note that we expect all guests to follow all rules at all times. We are willing to enforce all rules up to and including ending the reservation. Please note that no refunds are given for cancellations due to violating the house rules.
