Staff was laying on the couch when I checked in the other employees were dressed in sweatshirt and sweatpants throughout the day. The hotel lobby was filthy and my room was OK but the bathroom was very gross. There was scum all around the bathroom, shower and hair left in the shower from cleaning if it was even clean. then when I used the towel another day, there was a big wad of hair in it.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was in overall descent condition with the exception of the bathroom. The air vent/filter was very dusty/filthy and really needs to be cleaned and changed out due to health hazard risk. The breakfast was good overall but the waffle makers did not fully cook the waffle mix all the way.

This is our 3rd stay at this Katy location. Each stay has been great. The staff is professional and really nice. Thw facility is clean. The text message response is also helpful when u have to text questions or concerns regarding the stay. This last visit, our shower pressure was not that strong, but overall, we will stay again when needed.
