Upon arrival I had to wait at least 40 minutes for my room, and when I went inside the room the room wasn’t even clean. The bedding was still dirty. There also wasn’t a phone in the room, at this point I was so I tried I didn’t even have the energy to complain.

The hotel is located in an area thats near restaurants, the mall, and stores. The breakfast, staff, and rooms are excellent. I would stay here again.

The room was not giving clean. I checked in and went to ask for a refund after looking at my room. I didn’t even put my bags down in the room. We walked in looked around and walked right back out. It wasn’t giving safe either.

Staff was great but there was only one person to handle everything. There was a convention (lots of guests), an issue with someone’s booking, loud guests, and internet issues. The gentleman on staff did VERY well, but definitely could have used some help. Not impressed with turning lights off at the door and having to find the bed in the dark. Need lamps near the bed

The bathroom door knob was broken, so the bathroom door wouldn't secure. The shower door wouldn't shut completely either so water got all on the floor. The hotel breakfast didn't offer many options, so it wasn't good
