I’m sick from mold-virus in my room for ONE MONTH. Very poor response to requests for towels, etc. Most employees are nice; however, one RYDE, DISRESPECTFUL DAY PERSON ON FRONT DESK! Moved to a different room with walk in shower. MANY HEALTH, PRIVACY, and MAINTENANCE ISSUES! Assistant manager made excuses, but not solutions to many serious problems!

The front desk staff are great! I had breakfast once, and it was excellent! Convenient location. HOWEVER, the room was filthy! I cleaned the appliances, counters, desk chair, light switches, handles, etc myself! I tried to clean the filthy floors. Requests for cleaning and service, replacement of a missing clothes closet curtain were ignored for MANY DAYS! I picked up my towels from the front desk FOUR TIMES! Inexcusable!

Not clean

Floors are sticky, housekeeping doesn’t fully clean room. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional with my boyfriend. Stayed here because it seemed like the best option in Katy near family but such a disappointment especially since it’s a Hilton hotel.
