I had to change rooms because of black morning shower. The rooms both smell bad. I was in a room next to service elevator. It was very loud at times. The carpets in hotel were soiled and dirty. The hotel staff were nice.

Terrible from the moment we walked in the building. Front desk employee clearly did NOT want to be there. Trash can was full of garbage in the room. Only one towel, no hot water zero pressure in the shower stood under a trickle.

The shower is like on water ration. The pressure in the shower is so low. It took me 45 to an hour to get rinse off. One of the key catd always doesn’t works twice I have to ask to another one

There was a celebration in the room below that ended at 11pm. The noise was deafening. Which means the walls and floors were so thin. Front desk DID NOT answer at all. Aside from this, their service is horrible, lack of professionalism even from the people that worked the following morning during check out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE overall. Oh, and the pillows have been the worst pillows.
