The city apartment is located in the rear building, making it pleasantly quiet and as central as it gets. A fully furnished and stylish 2-room apartment with a balcony and 42 m² of living space on the 2nd floor (with elevator) is waiting for you to move in.

The bright living and dining area, featuring an open kitchen and direct access to the balcony, has everything your heart desires. The dining area seats two people. A 50-inch smart TV is provided. The west-facing balcony features a seating area with a small table. Here, you can relax, sunbathe, or unwind in the summer, as it’s pleasantly quiet and sunny.

The new built-in kitchen from Häcker is very well equipped. In the kitchen, you’ll find a NESPRESSO coffee machine, cups, plates, pots, pans, silverware, a kettle, a toaster, a hand blender, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A two-burner stovetop and an oven are all you need to prepare a delicious meal. And after you’ve finished eating, the dishwasher will keep your kitchen tidy.

The bedroom features a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed with two different mattresses (medium-firm and soft), including toppers and bedding, and can be completely darkened thanks to the roller shades.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and towels.

If you need a parking space, it’s located in the underground garage of the same building and can be rented for an additional €10.00 per day if needed. The elevator takes you from the underground garage to the 2nd floor.

The City Apartment is located right on Kaiserstrasse, in the heart of Karlsruhe—nestled between Europaplatz and Kaiserplatz. In just a two-minute walk, you’ll reach the pedestrian zone featuring Karlsruhe’s premier shopping promenade.

Everything you need for daily life is truly within walking distance. The REWE supermarket is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. The well-known Hirschhof with its great bars and restaurants, the Postgalerie shopping center with numerous stores, and the "Europaplatz" subway station are all just a 2-minute walk away.
