This is a great hotel in a great location. You're only steps from the train station, and downtown is totally walk-able. Also, there's parking both on-site and right across the street, and you're right by the autobahn. If you arrive by rail, and rent a car, Karlsruhe is a great location from which to set out on an exploration of the Black Forest. The tech museums in Sinsheim and Speyer are 20 minutes away. The staff here are fantastic, and the property is in excellent condition and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Good stay when you are an the road

Friendly staff. Everything you need. Solid and clean. Parking at level-1 only 15€. Completely quiet room despite the proximity to the railway. Good breakfast. We will stay there next time for sure.

Very cozy room and extremely comfy bed and pillows! The service was good and the location is a big plus, since the main station is few meters away. Everything clean, silent and spacious bathroom, the only bad side is the water pressure in the shower.

I travelled with wife and young Son.The Hotel is stones throw away from the Bahnhof. The location is calm and safe. Pleanty of parking space around,( paid and limited unpaid). The Staff are icing on the cake, sweet , responsive and very Helpful. Recommended for family. The rooms are small but manageable. We stayed for one week. Cleaning was done every two days as requested. The AC was not working ..this is was only negative point. The front office had no clue when the technician would come to rectify it.

Really good. Quiet, comfortable room with fantastic shower. Nice reception and bar area that did a very decent cocktail. Right near the station, which is in turn a short tram or walk from Karlsruhe center. Excellent value. Compared to Premier Inns in the UK, which we are more familiar with, this is so so much better for much less cost! Thanks very much and keep up the great work.

Bei der Anreise wurde eine Aufbettung vergessen. Wir hatten dann versucht selber das Klappsofa in ein Bett umzubauen dabei kamen Reste von alten Lebensmittel und Chips unter dem Bett zum Vorschein. Das war nicht gerade sehr appetitlich. Die Umklappfunktion der Schlafcouch war auch defekt. Man war aber sehr freundlich und hat dann das Bett nachträglich noch hergerichtet. Ob dann auch der Boden gereinigt wurde haben wir nicht mehr kontrolliert. Im Bad waren ein paar kleine Mängel zum Beispiel war die Klobrille total lose und der Duschkopf war verkalkt es kamen nur ein paar feine Wasserstrahlen heraus, war auch nicht gerade so appetitlich. Der Fernseher klingt wie eine Blechdose und die meisten Funktionen sind gesperrt. Pro Person hatten wir 27,90 € für das Frühstück bezahlt. Das war es alle Mal nicht wert, das Rührei war total matschig und total ungenießbar. Das Nutella war leer. Die Kaffeemaschine scheint auch nicht richtig eingestellt gewesen zu sein, denn der Cappuccino war auch nicht genießbar. Im Gegensatz dazu war die Hotelbar sehr gut, wir haben die Happy Hour genutzt und dort war der Cappuccino sehr gut. Insgesamt war das komplette Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schlecht war leider der Kühlschrank wo man Getränke kaufen konnte und ein kleines Regal mit Snacks. Eine wirklich kleine Schachtel Erdnüsse 6€ Tüte Chips ebenfalls 6€ Euro die Getränke pro Dose Softdrink 5€ Euro.
