Thanks for wonderful stay.

Nice and new hotel. Cleanliness is good. Only betterment would be cleaning is every 2. Day. I would prefer making up the bed and remove the trash everyday at least.

Das Familienzimmer war super. Die Etagenbetten für die Kinder prima und mit Beleuchtung. Richtig nett und zweckmäßig. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück war auch ok, wäre aber noch ausbaufähig. Die Regelung fürs Parken sehr gastunfreundlich und lästig vor allem weil das Hotel außerhalb ist und dort sowieso nur Gäste parken würden. Anstatt erst den CheckInn durchzuführen, muss man sich erst mit der parking App auseinandersetzen.

Die Schranke am Parkplatz lässt sich erst öffnen, wenn man am Automaten eingecheckt hat. Schranke schließt zu schnell, so das sie auf Dach geschlagen hat. Zum Frühstück zu wenig Personal, keine Gläser!! vorhanden.

Stannade för övernattning en natt. Familj med två vuxna och två tonåringar i våningssäng. Rent och snyggt. Väl värt pengarna. Parkering för 10 Euro bakom låst bom. Bra AC. Låg en mack precis brevid hotellet vilket var smidigt för både tankning, frukost och färdkost.

The hotel itself was decent, but there were several issues that affected our stay. First, it was not communicated that the onsite parking closes at 4:00 PM. As a result, we had to park in the lot next door and pay an additional €10. While the cost was not excessive, I wish parking had been included in the stay or that the parking restrictions had been clearly communicated before arrival. Second, the room was not as clean as advertised. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, especially behind the doors. More concerning was a stain that appeared to be menstrual blood that had soaked through all the bed sheets. This strongly suggested that the sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival. It was very disturbing, especially for my father, who slept on that side of the bed. Finally, the staff member who checked us in did not speak English and had to call someone else to assist us. While we appreciated that help was eventually provided, the check-in process was more difficult than expected. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our experience and should be addressed to improve future guests’ stays.
