This property has everything you need for a tropical vacation. There is a lagoon style family pool with jacuzzis, which has a slide and grotto area. There is a reflection pool where you can enjoy some quiet time in the sun as well. Or you can walk out to a private sandy beach and lagoon with clear, blue waters. After that you can enjoy some time at the private Spa by the Sea. There are also tons of family activities such a kayaking, hiking, sailing, scuba diving, and even games like table tennis. There is even a Kid's Activity Center for the little ones to take a sun break in. At night you can enjoy one of four onsite restaurants, which includes an authentic Fia Fia -Polynesian Dinner Show on Tuesdays. Off the property find exciting tourist attractions like Ko Olina Helicopters (Tours) and Paradise Cove Luau (Hawaiian Show), neither are very far from the property. This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ocean view villa can sleep up to eight people comfortably. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. This luxurious bathroom consists of an oversized soaking tub and a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom also comes with a king size bed, a sitting area that converts to a sleeper sofa, a small dining area for two, and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a combination tub and shower with a single vanity. Between the bedrooms are the living and dining areas. The living room has another sleeper sofa, large floor to ceiling windows, a fully furnished balcony, and a large TV. The dining area comes with a table for six to eat at comfortably. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a homemade meal. It comes with a full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Off the side of the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Units are assigned at check-in, pictures are representative of unit, décor, layout and room view may vary. View types need to be requested at the time of booking. Requests are taken, but not guaranteed, as units are assigned at the time of check-in by the front desk. Due to property layout, the Ocean View categorized units may be obstructed by unit location and/or landscaping.

Beach Chairs / Umbrellas and Cabanas are available for rental by Reservation. All reservations are accepted about a week in advance of the arrival date.

Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is a credit/debit card.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit

Parking is $45/Day. Local Tax Due At Check-in $22-$45 per day, depending on unit size (pricing subject to change).

The Naiʻa Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sep 7, 2026 to Dec 18, 2026. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time.
Beginning Jan. 4, 2027 to Jun. 23, 2027, the Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
