The property was in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We went to the mauka warriors luau which was 5 minutes from the property and we also had easy access to Pearl Harbor for 2 days. The staff were always very friendly. We had an amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary!

I was happy that breakfast lasted until 10am, it was perfect to feed my kids, who were a fan of the waffles, without being rushed. We ate in the lobby every morning but had to get a little creative with breakfast seating. It was nice to have coffee at all times of day in the lobby. The laundry room was a bit small but the location of it was nice, right next to the pool and gym so you could entertain yourself while waiting. The safe in our room did not work, but I didn't ask the staff for assistance with it. All the staff member I encountered were friendly and helpful. I never had any issues with parking and this hotel is literally at a mall, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The room was clean and pretty standard, just as advertised.
