The room was okay, our bathroom door didn’t work and when we closed it, it got stuck. My kids found a previous guests shaver under the bathroom vanity. The shower was very hard to adjust! It was either scalding or freezing. Had to have maintenance come up but he was great, efficient and friendly. The carpet felt damp and gooey. The extra bedding had hair in it (which happens I get it). All staff interactions were professional and pleasant. My son spilled a little splash of water by the elevator - majorly trafficked and I went and told someone immediately. She said she would take care of it. When I came back down 30 minutes later not only was the water still there but the mess had been added to… The biggest part for me is the AC. Why offer fan settings if your override immediately turns it off?! Ohhh we could not sleep because it would turn off and feel hot, and never really got comfortable.

Great option for a base on Oahu to get out and explore. Otherwise, it's in a remote part of town, with not much livelihood around it. Omelets at breakfast are great! Rooms are modern, spacious and very nice. Pool and jacuzzi are cute and perfect after a long day exploring.

We rented a suite for 5 people. There were only towels for 2 so we had to request more. Then the pull out bed didn't come with sheets, pillows, or blankets and we had to call for some. Breakfast was great though!

This is our first choice to stay at in Kapolei. Regardless the reason family or business when on island.We enjoy the balcony suites,to relax on after a long.The convinces of a table in room to enjoy a quick snack on.The wonderful breakfast with a omelet station,but will fry up a sunny egg for you,or just sauté some onions,mushrooms or spinach on side.The friendly attentive staff in the dining room.To the front lobby when call down needing or looking for something. We just love it here. Thank you for the wonder service your team do daily. Great Service.
