I booked this property because it listed a free airport shuttle and I incorrectly assumed a fair parking rate. When we arrived, we were informed that the key card system was broken so we needed employee assistance anytime we left our room. Their airport shuttle was free, but their price for extended parking was significantly higher than all other off-site parking companies. The staff were dismissive and seemed distracted.

Beds are always Comfy, staff is great. I stay here frequently and, unfortunately this time my room stunk horribly. The lady at the desk was great and offered a different type of room but it wouldn’t have worked for us. She gave me room spray which helped for a little bit but not long.

Kayla Lathrop offered us the use of the meeting room, so we were able to decorate and have a party for Raegan. Kayla was great! All the staff were helpful and friendly during our stay.
