I got a refund. It smelled disgusting, the sheets, washclothes and such were all still dirty, and we itched after sitting on the bed. It was a horrible experience. After driving halfway across the country, on the way to drive in the morning, i had to find a hotel, last moment, that would take my family. Ended up using their laundry to wash all of the clothes that we wore, because of the itching. Will never use another Wyndham hotel. That place should not be in business.

Dirty Room

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and the price was decent. It was an older hotel but looked clean from the lobby to my room. My room wasn't very clean at all. There was dog food on the floor in front of the door that opened to the mini fridge. I found a half opened package of honey mustard at the head of the bed between the bed and wall and the mirrors looked like they were wiped down with oil. The bedding looked dirty (stained). The bath tub had a dirt ring around it also. I would stay there again, however, the next time I would go back to the front desk and ask for a cleaner room.

This hotel is incredibly dirty! I’m ok with out dated but it was filthy. I’m also pretty sure that most of the guest live there. I felt really unsafe. Travelocity should not offer this as an option to book.

Our room smells like someone was smoking in it before we went in. Inside was clean but go out the door and it’s filthy and nasty. I don’t mean a little trash, I mean everywhere is trash. There’s three flag poles straight out the door with no flags.

Would not recommend to anyone, staff was very rude. Pool was closed but they would not tell us why only that it would be open in a couple hours, after 2 days there never got to swim. A Vehicle was broken into over night in the parking lot. Room had a terrible odor would recommend staying somewhere else for the money

Horrible.

Location was fine but the surrounding area was not. Hotel was old and needed so many repairs, that appeared to be attempted to be repaired but in a horrible way. Hallway smelt like weed the whole time. I am so disappointed with this hotel. All the items in the room also still said best western, which I'm assuming it was purchased by Wyndham and they couldn't even change the sheets. Do not stay here especially if you have kids or a solo traveler, I did not feel safe

This was a last minute trip and i should have spent more time reading reviews. There was no cleanliness, there was smoking, the building was humid, the a/c in the room worked but was so loud. We left the property early and will never go back.

Floors in hotel room were disgusting. Turned feet black walking on them. USB ports were busted. Did not have coffee pot in the room. And fridge did not keep things cold. No house keeping. Had the same towels the entire stay. Hallways smelled of marijuana or bleach. Water pressure in shower was non existent and the bath spout nearly came off the wall. Continental breakfast could have been better and stayed open longer. Pool hours could have been more convenient as well. Staff could have been more helpful. Overall will not stay again.
