Do NOT stay here! Worst experience. Entire hotel was freezing, and run down. The breakfast was cold including the eggs and no clean silverware. The heat inside the room barely worked, when it would come on it was so loud it was hard to sleep. Chunks of ceiling was falling down. Water pressure was so bad you could hardly fill a cup of water let alone take a shower. Outlier broken, The toilet seat was broken. The pool was closed. And they charged our card twice for a deposit. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Positive note, hotels.com did help assist me in getting a refund.

It was freezing when you walked in. The temperature of the room couldn't get regulated and when the heat did go on it was so loud I couldn't sleep. Water was luke warm and sink just trickled out I could barely get the soap off my hands. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left after 1.

Everything about this hotel is breath taking, from the moment I walked in to the lobby, pool (indoor) and room. Centeral AC and heater! If it had a full kitchen. Wouldn't be enough stars.

The hotel had no heat in the lobby so when you went down for breakfest you froze your but off it was so cold you could not use the indoor pool because it was like you were out side in the middle off winter. will not stay there again. there was heat in the room but it was a nasty dirty room.

Room was super cute, we had a really nice time. The only complaint is that randomly at 9:00 ish the fire alarm started going off, but other than that our stay was very nice!

The hotel lobby was absolutely freezing. It seems the heat wasn’t working. The room was also cold and the heat didn’t seem to work properly. There were not enough towels and when we asked for some, we were told there weren’t any. The walls are extremely thin and the people on the room next to us were very loud laughing and talking loud late into the night. The room was very basic. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but when our grandson went to get in the pool, it was freezing, probably because the heat in the lobby wasn’t working. I made and paid for reservations for next weekend at the same time I made the reservation for this weekend. There is no way we will stay in that hotel again. I wish I could be refunded for my reservation for next weekend.

The plug-ins on the between the bed didn't work. The frig was shut off and had left over food in it, which made the frig stink. They didn't clean the room daily. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes each night and morning in which they were not happy that we wanted clean towels to shower with. One of the main lobby furnace was broken so they had all of them off. So it was freezing when you went downstairs for breakfast. And the pool was closed.

The heat in room was so noisy. Sheets were with blood stain and no comforters at all. Lobby and dining are cold and breakfast was cheapest possible. The worst thing is the security deposit. Already 4 days and they not returning. Will have to call them on a business day. Will definitely never go there again.

We had to change rooms 3 times. No hot water in first room. Next room hadn't been cleaned. Third room the heater made a terrible clunking noise and didn't blow any air. 4th room we stayed but the thermostat didn't work properly so the fan had to blow all night. The entry way smelled if weed. The lobby, pool area, and breakfast area were not heated so my kids couldn't use the pool as it was freezing. We had to wear our coats to breakfast which was just down the hall. Staff was kind as we requested a refund for the 2nd night as we were not staying another night.

Hotel was gross. It is an embarrassment to the Wyndam line. Room was dirty. Bathtub was disgusting. Parking lot was an open air drug market for crackhead employees. Desk staff was sleeping both at check in and check out. Wyndam should send some corporate people their to check out what is being done under their umbrella. Very gross. Reminded me of army barracks in Korea, without the charm.
