The pictures showed a newly remodeled hotel. The room that we stayed in was an older room; not like the picture. The pool was supposed to be open from 9 am - 9 pm; that was not the case. The pool was open from 4 pm - 9 pm. Nice breakfast and the room was well air conditioned.

The rooms desperately need updated. Our AC in our room didn’t work. The pool was freezing cold. There was M&M’s on the floor under the chair in our room. When we asked for more towels they gave us the pool towels. Pool table and dart game were nice to have onsite. The staff was nice. The breakfast was alright.

The facility was nice and clean, and the check-in staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue with service was when I asked for extra towels before showering and was told I could come get them in the morning. I would have preferred to have them brought up or provided at that time since I didn’t want to have to come downstairs before getting in the shower. The hotel was overall very nice and quiet, except for some noise around 2am and again around 9am when people were loudly screaming either outside or in the hallway. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.
