We stayed a total of 6 nights. The second day we had to ask for fresh towels. We got them from room service who happened to be on our floor. The front desk would not take care of the problem, they told my husband to come down to the desk and get them.
Our room was never tidied, trash removed, beds made etc. We asked 1 other time during our stay for clean towels from the staff in our hallway. These ladies were always very kind and helped us right away.
We ate breakfast one of the mornings we were there. It was so dark in the area that we, along with other travelers were having difficulty seeing to get food, work devices and get coffee. My husband took out his flashlight and assisted guests!
Needless to say, we will not ever stay at this hotel ever again and have passed the word to many of our traveling friends. We come to Kansas City often to see family and wee happy to find your hotel close to where they live. BUT we are sorely disappointed in our stay.
