There was no toilet paper or tissues. No first aid kits. The breakfast only had small muffins and juice. The room smelt like mildew. We got locked out of our room the second day and they didn’t even apologize.

We were required to put on a deposit either with cash or credit card this was not on the website at all not stated at all during my reservation or the email i got, so why did we have to pay this? they demanded it. this needs to be put on your website that they require a deposit what happens if somebody doesn't have it do they lose their money that they paid for the room in first place I want a refund from my whole trip because I was not happy the whole time I was pissed. I want a full refund for my trip along with compensation for my distress or my autistic child who was stressed out over the whole stay.

First the good: bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Easy parking. Now the bad: room next door had a barking dog ALL NIGHT LONG. Called front desk 3 times and said they would handle it. Left at 6am because dog still barking. Bathroom faucet only dribbled water out. Walls very thin. Had to put towels under door between rooms because gap underneath let in light and could hear everything people were saying.

I booked online not knowing the area well. When we got there, we were a little worried as the area just seemed sketchy. Once we checked in and ventured down the hallway, every door was stained, worn and just rundown. The rooms were sparely furnished, everything smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire facility gave me the creeps -- we turned around and checked out without unpacking. Did not receive a refund.
