You get what you pay for. Inexpensive hotel. Gives off a 70’s vibe. Needs a lot of renovation. Thought some people are living there and up all hours of night! Located next to Perkins restaurant and Aldi’s next door which was nice. Resident smokers like to keep the side door open with a rock; not great security.

Upon check-in I was able to observe 3 police officers coming into the lobby. They spoke to the clerk regarding a person of interest that was staying at the hotel. I still proceeded with check in and the clerk was very kind and professional. The room was presentable but did have a musty odor.

It was an ok stay. One night, the police woke up the whole hotel looking for someone. Banging on doors in the middle of the night is not for the faint of heart. Also, breakfast wasn’t that great. Coffee sucked. And, no elevator. Cost more to stay on first floor. Weird. The location was great.

The staff were very accommodating and the hotel wax clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was most enjoyable, I got to make waffles. Oh yeah... Potheads delight. Wake n bake then waffles and cereal. Like totally cool. Awesome folks thanks for your hospitality. Will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for 3 nights in Lee's Summit because this location was close to family. I received an email for pre-checkin and deposit which I completed. Upon arrival, I was asked to place another deposit for the room, which I did with the front desk clerk. We received our room key and unload suitcases. The room smell was off, so we turned on the A/C to remove the smell. Housekeeping arrived at the room and sprayed air freshener. The indoor pool had been drain for maintenance and would be ready by noon next day. The indoor pool was ready late Friday night. We ( 2 grandkids 3 and 9) went to the pool Saturday. The water was perfect and the pool area was very clean. Unfortunately the handicap pool chair was not operational due to batteries failing and there was not an out of order sign on it or posted anywhere. Getting in the pool is not problem for my sister, but getting out was very difficult without the chair lift. Christy (front desk clerk) offered to help us. Last resort would be to call 911 for assistance. But we were successful after placing a pool side table in the pool and wrapping towels on the pool ladder steps and inching our way up. The breakfast has no protein. Waffles, cereal, apples, coffee, juice, milk, instant oatmeal. The dining area was clean except for customers not cleaning up behind themselves.
