The hotel provided an excellent stay for a midsize family group, with one family member needing to work long hours from the room. The desk area is well-constructed, solid, comfortable; office chair is easily adjustable. Appreciated the quality of breakfast and variety of choice. Super delicious quiches offered one morning! Rooms are spacious, with a huge bathroom and oversized walk-in closet. Interior design and furniture are modern, beds are comfortable. Pool is small. No hot tub that we found. A comfortable distance to the Plaza. 10 min away from downtown attractions.

Located in a residential area close to a couple colleges. This hotel was close to shopping, dining, museums, and the arena. There is a parking fee with above ground and underground parking. We felt safe and the staff was excellent in assisting us with any question or concern we had.

Breakfast choices were limited and staff had a hard time keeping food and coffee stocked for the number of guests at the hotel. Shower was slow to drain, so we could not shower for more than 60 seconds before we were standing in a puddle of water. Water pressure and temperature were nice, so I would have liked to take advantage.
