This hotel is seriously outdated and had a lot of issues. There were leaks in the ceilings, our room was not clean, the carpets were dirty. The breakfast was not great. The staff was friendly. This hotel just needs a huge renovation.

Only one downfall.

Room was very clean and comfortable. As a whole the rooms and halls need updating. Wished the bar had been open as we had time to waste before heading to the dinner theatre. My big disappointment was that I had left my iPad in the room and asked that it be mailed to me….at my cost of course plus I said I would add more above that for their trouble. I was told to send a postpaid mailing box/envelope but decided to ask them to hold it until I could pick up in early December. I did not want to risk it getting lost or broken. It wouId have been nice of them to simply mail and charge me for it. All in all a good stay tho.

The grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub, i felt safe with them on the property and shipping was close by. We will definitely be staying there again when we come to visit.

We had troubled with the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush. They did send someone to fix it right away, and he did a great job. But, the next morning, when I went to shower, the water flowed well into the tub, but when I pulled the lever to divert it to the shower, it only was a small drizzle. I did not have time to wait for service, so I had to make do.

The layout of the rooms was awkward and we felt as though our “suite” was in a corner of the basement. We wanted to get away for a moment to have a mini escape without having to leave the and the website said the rooms were sound proof and that there was a restaurant, a bar and an optional paid breakfast bar. None of that was true. There was a free breakfast buffet that we thought could make up for the lack of other options, but it was was terrible. I would not

Advertisement featured a restaurant and bar in which both were closed out entire stay do yo management issuses, which was the main reason I booked at this location. Features were falsely advertised, it should have stated during booking these amenities were closed or even lowered the price of the because of the main features being closed

No on-site restaurant or bar. The place had a terrible odor, the room was unacceptable and requested a refund. I was told in 5 - 7 days. Still haven’t received it and the manager will not return any of my calls.
