*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*STAIRS REQUIRED - this unit is located on the first floor of a duplex with steps up to the front door.

*STREET PARKING - This home does not have a dedicated garage or driveway. Street parking only available.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
