Room was clean, we were on the 3rd floor and Ice machine on the 1st. Not a fan of going down stairs to get ice All in all it wasn't a bad place at all. I would stay there again. Very impressed with their breakfast, lots to chose from.

The property’s location is nice for access to mid-downtown dining, etc but the area surrounding it is shabby. Generally, it’s in serious need of renovation. It was “ok” for 1 night, but I wouldn’t prefer it for longer. The bathroom had been upgraded. The breakfast was ok.

Pros: Kind staff, good hot breakfast, clean room, quiet room, comfrotable bed, good TV channel selection, strong air conditioning, very cold refrigerator. Will stay again in the future. Cons: Very low shower water pressure on third floor but good sink water pressure in the same room, smelly heater, almost zero Wi-Fi upload speed but solid download speed, poor T-Mobile cellular data in the room as a backup due to surrounding buildings, very tight and awkward parking lot to enter and exit but understandable for this part of town.

I'll be honest, at first I was skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and the room had a great layout and was nicely updated. The bed was pretty comfortable and everything was great. The location felt a bit sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. It was a little noisy throughout the night with sirens and people in the hallway being loud. The staff was very friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. No real complaints. My wife and I were happy with our stay.

The stay was uncomfortable. Half of the lights didn’t work, the elevator was slow, the towels and blankets were stained or dirty. The best part about the stay was the breakfast.
