On the tissue box in our hotel room, there was a stink bug on it. This is a Wyndham Hotel chain, this should have never happened. The employees were nice checking us in our room.The free breakfast was nice. A nice swimming pool too.

The room smelled like mold and cigarettes - there was mold and holes on the blackout curtains, the floor had food ground into the carpet, and the bathroom was dirty (unclean floors and tub). Staff wasn’t helpful - “sprayed” the room, but we had to buy room spray to tolerate the smell. Front desk staff was on their phones vs. helping customers. Pool was cold. Definitely would not stay here again.
