I'm sad to say La Quinta's quality has gone way downhill. Our room had some pretty significant issues....curtain didn't fully close, bathroom light/fan was super loud, screw sticking out of window curtain, and the tub drain was nasty. I'm 5'8" and the shower head was barely high enough for me. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, cereal. Basic continental breakfast. The entire place smelled like marijuana...the skunky kind. Way over priced for the quality.
Curtain didn't fully close. Street light shined right into the bed.

Not a good experience. This location was dirty, smelled damp and like food throughout the facility. Mold on the curtains in the room, bed bugs found in the room. I would not recommend.

Our room was filthy. The floor did not look like it had been vacuumed, there was residue left on the counters. The screen in the window had a big hole in it. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned at all. All the luggage carts were falling apart so you could barely move it without the bars coming apart.

Pool was dirty. There were a multitude of liquids sprayed on the wall that were clearly not cleaned. The walls are paper thin and they allowed a woman to smoke inside and have he dog barking loudly at 3am. Doors were rotting. Do not recommend at all. Overpriced for underserved.

Woke up to discover undergarments beside my face and blood on the sheet, neither of which belonged to me. Immediately got up to report the incident to hotel management, but they were unavailable. Meaning could not find anyone ,Furthermore the coffee maker was out of order. When I was leaving told front desk what I found ,stated would you like me to send someone to clean ?I already slept in nasty room really!the shower also had drain plug not installed just laying in tub with something large blocking half of drain took a picture of it .The most pleasant aspect of my stay was observing the harmless bugs on the windowsill. This was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience I have ever had .

Disappointed Stay – Not the Quality Expected

I am sorry to report that the dryer was not working. There is a sign on it and for the 5 days we were there it was broken. The trouble is I was there for business and needed to wash sports official pants and shirts, thus having to go to a laundromat. I don’t usually write reviews, but after a five-night stay, I felt it was important to share my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the expectations set by the photos when I booked. The cleanliness was a major concern. The floors throughout the property were dirty, and the first floor had a strong odor that reminded me of a wet animal. The treadmill in the workout room did not work, and the condition of the fitness center floor (see photo) reflected poor maintenance. I also had to request a new TV remote twice because the batteries didn’t work—neither time were the batteries replaced. Instead, staff gave me the remote they were using at the front desk. The breakfast was below average, and even the main entryway appeared unclean. I’ve attached photos of the elevator floor corner and the workout facility floor to show the level of upkeep I observed. Since I couldn’t cancel without being charged for all five nights, I had no option but to stay. As a Wyndham property, I truly expected better care and maintenance. This experience left me disappointed and sadly will not book again when in the area. (photos of elevator floor and workout room floor, however this is what I experienced all over)

You had to get your own towels. There was no housekeeping on site. If u needed something you had to tell the front desk and then get it yourself. Definitely wouldnt recommend
