The rooms were okay, though slightly delapidated. Small cracks along where the baseboard and floor joined, spots of a similar nature duct taped under the sink of one bathroom, stains on wall. Could have ignored it all were it not for the roaches we had not seen until morning of checkout [in late on friday night, barely there saturday, out on sunday morning]. Two, and they clearly felt comfortable enough to come out when lights were on and when people were up. One was crawling along the floor and went underneath the bed my kids had slept on, and another crawled along the joint elongated headboard between the beds. Few plus sides were that the fridge in the room was large for a mini-fridge, the breakfast was decent, and the prices were cheap.

Hotel was remodeled somewhat recently but the entire space was really dark and uninviting. Breakfast was minimal and I did not see anyone eating there. The hotel was ok. Floors were scratched and there was a toenail on my bed when I arrived. The door security latch was broken on my door and the room was pretty loud (echoes and you can hear everything in the halls). The property had a unique smell as in it smelled clean but there was an underlying odor from the past that they were trying to mask. The parking lot was riddled with pot holes and the shutdown Denny's next store made the area very uninviting and slightly unsafe. I will not be back unfortunately.

This was a terrible stay checked in the room was filthy the pictures below or both rooms that was rented to us at the time of check-in. They ended up giving us half off for one night and I think they should’ve gave us the full night for the inconvenience, I did not eat because if you’re willing to give us a room like that, I dare not eat your food. The outside grounds was not clean at all, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I have stayed at Laquinta Ann’s in the past and they have been very nice but this one is a no I really wish corporate was involved and would actually give me some more of my money back I asked for a room that was wheelchair accessibility because of a knee issue because the only room they had that was absolutely filthy. They weren’t willing to clean it so I had to go to a different room that was not wheelchair assessable so it was a struggle getting in and out of the tub , don’t believe the reviews if they are good because this is not a good hotel. I would actually give this hotel no stars

We stayed in room 142. The toilet did not fill up for quite a while after each flush and was noisy. The air conditioner did not cool very well, set at 62 but not very cool and was noisy. Walls could use some paint and the floors updated. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. Overall stay was ok.

There was a horrible potpourri odor throughout the hotel, but it intensified in my room. The bathtub was stained, so I put a towel down to stand on while showering. Despite my room being “cleaned” this towel was never picked up, and I had to ask for replacement linens. The bed was on a rickety metal frame, and the hot part of the continental breakfast consisted of institutional scrambled eggs in one crock pot and biscuits in another. I will not be back.

You get what you pay for. The rooms were okay. Floor was sticky, the smell was not ideal, and the layout is terrible (though that’s not necessarily anyone’s fault but the building architect.) This hotel has definitely seen better days.
