Enjoyed the hotel’s proximity to the plaza. Very walkable to everything in the area. The hotel itself is a little dated which can be seen in various areas around, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our king suite with a separate bedroom and fold out couch for our granddaughters. Included in our stay was the use of the concierge room which was well attended by the staff. The gentleman hosting us in the concierge room were both very helpful.

I love this hotel. It’s got the cool vibes of old Kansas City in its hey day of dark mahogany with jazz piano on the weekends. The pool is nice and clean and i always feel welcome here with the friendly staff and door men. Love having cocktails in the evening overlooking the Plaza.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the close proximity to the Plaza where we shopped and dined. It was also super easy to bring our two small dogs and walk them when needed. Our room was okay. The hotel room definitely needed a bit of updating and the carpet could use cleaning. All in all we really enjoyed our stay as it was affordable and convenient for our weekend stay.
