Room was okay. Somewhat clean but not like the photos. Used around the edges and the noise from the trolly that zooms by at night will keep you awake. I recommend a quieter room across the hall maybe. My room was street facing. Staff was nice and helpful. Carpet is a bit dirty.

The experience was super positive from our arrival. The front desk staff was very friendly and eager to help. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious - only thing missing was a microwave to heat muffins. We’d return.

Better value out there...

Very expensive hotel for not much. Check in person was put out checking us in. One night the fire alarm went off and they could not get it to shut off...thankfully, nothing was amiss, but we still had to pay full price for this incredible inconvenience.

Wouldn’t recommend

The room was outdated but fine, but we were placed in an adjoining room with someone we aren’t traveling with on the other side.. there is no sound barrier between these rooms and we could hear every conversation and movement from the other room. The latch on the bathroom door was broken and the bed came with no blanket available.
